Want a great natural remedy to help you feel better? Um and no it won’t taste great! Ha! Bet you didn’t think I would say that did ya? Personally I just drank a gulp, then downed some water, drank a gulp, then downed some water…you get the idea.
So what is it you ask?? I actually saw a girl post something on Instagram and I can not find her post for the life of and I don’t remember who she was. Yikes how bad is that? I took what she suggested and I made a few tweaks to the ingredients and measurements. Here is what I came up:
1/2 Tablespoon of Honey
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoons of Lemon
1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of Turmeric
Mix all together with hot water and drink. I obviously didn’t use a lot of hot water because the more hot water you use the more you have to drink. Ek! So in the end I used about 1/2 cup of hot water. Make sure to drink it as hot as you can handle but please, please test it out and do not burn your mouth and throat!
