That shea butter again....
Shea butter keeps amazing me every time I do more research. Did you know that it provides some coverage from the sun? Yep! apparently it acts like a natural SPF. Now if you know me, you know I burn at the drop of a hat and I don't tan. So, I would not rely on just shea butter to protect my skin but since I have been using the jar lotion with Kokum butter and Shea butter on my skin under my SPF I feel like I am extra protected. Could be my imagination, but hey it can't hurt now can it?
Whats good about Coconut oil?
Coconut oil has many uses for your body internally. From booting immune system to curbing cravings, but it also does wonders for the skin. It has an antibacterial nature and makes for an excellent skin moisturizer. It keeps the skin tissue strong and helps prevent lines from aging. Another great reason to try a lotion that has coconut oil in it.
Fun Fact on Shea Butter!
